great breakfast food variety long omelette time bad coffee

the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food.

i asked for an omelette and was told it would take 30 minutes to make it. the coffee machines produced the worst coffee i have ever tasted. tiny plates barely held a slice of bread.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the restaurant staff. the hotel location was great as a base for exploring. the grounds were well maintained and attractive. our room was quite spacious, the shower was fantastic, and we had a balcony with a table and chairs.

The car park could use some updating. It showed some wear and tear.

the hotel is ideally situated for walking around the area. many bars and restaurants are nearby! also, the marina is within easy reach.

The room included many useful facilities. I found a fridge in particular. cleanliness was great, and the bed was quite comfy. the tv offered english channels, a feature i certainly appreciated.

convenient location helpful staff amazing gardens slow drain deferred maintenance worn decking

i loved the location it was super close to the bus station it's like a one minute walk i thought the staff was great beatrice helped me a lot. the room was nice breakfast had tasty options i felt so good there. the gardens looked amazing the rooms were spacious with excellent wifi i found the beds superb with good pillows.

the shower water did not drain away very well the first night it overflowed onto the bathroom floor and into the main bedroom area. i reported it to reception nothing happened to prevent overflowing i had to reduce the pressure. the hotel needs maintenance to restore it windows need replacing the pool side decking needs repair.

friendly staff excellent selection convenient location nearby restaurant

I found the staff were very friendly. Their professionalism stood out. the breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection. i also appreciated that the location was quite close to the bus station. numerous restaurants and cafes are nearby too.

I did notice some minor water stains on the carpets in the hallways. It was a very small thing though.

I loved the free room upgrade I received! The room was spacious. It also had a very comfortable bed. The hotel offered a great breakfast with numerous choices. Everything was freshly replenished!

The elevator carpet looked a little filthy!

unhelpful staff broken air conditioning

the breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable range of options.

the air conditioning in my room barely functioned, it made sleeping difficult. i told the front desk, but they were unhelpful. i asked for ice at the bar, the bartender refused to give it to me.
